Competition: The Fairest of Them All

Those of you who read the May report fic know that Alethia received a pretty pretty dress as a gift from the Empress of the Vitali. However, we wouldn't want our Quaestor to feel left out just because he was in jail for war crimes. Be a dear and design a dress for Mako here.
