The moon of Boral has been destroyed by rebel forces. All leading members killed with only a handful of apprentices spared. Most starships vaporised beyond repair and the main facilities now stand as mere ruins.

Appointing yourself the new Consul. Describe how you would go about the re-construction of Boral, appointment of new members and defensive areas that neww improvement.

Perhaps you would like to put in some new ideas and create a completely different structure. You may even want to pull out of the Empire and have your own system in place.
