Competition: Customization of Level 9

Prompt: Kar Alabrek is suppressed by crime and crime bosses. Clan Naga Sadow has been charged with bringing order back to the city. Master Muz has spent countless hours setting up clandestine missions to bring the city back to the Brotherhoods reign. Level 9 under the cityscape has been designated as the Brotherhood’s staging area. Though not one hundred percent operational, sections of our newly designated HQ needs to be refurbished and re-supplied.
How do you acquire the necessary supplies and equipment to bring these sections of Level 9 to full operational status. What are your visions for the unfinished divisions of Level 9?
