Competition: [Week 1] Contractually Obligated

Company names and persons are fictitious and owned by Clan Plagueis. Records and falsified documents of their existence has been input into government databases to hide the Clan's involvement.

This Exclusivity Agreement is made effective as of 34 ABY between the holdings of the Lurision Mining Corporation (seller), of Aliso headquartered within the native asteroid belt, and Tress’kar (buyer), of the Saraask’ar guilds located within the Aliso system.

Whereas, both parties agree to enter into an exclusive contract in the buying and selling of the products derived from the mining operations in the Aliso System, and in the discretion of the Saraask’ar operations within said system.

A signing of the terms indicates the goodwill and faith shown by both parties in the details of this contract, securing cooperation and professional operation of both parties.

Therefore, both parties, in the consideration of a mutually secured relationship outlined in this agreement, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms of contract:

Lurision Mining Corporation does henceforth agree to comply with the Saraask’ar guilds control over the allowed amount of ore, and other products, processed during mining operations within the Aliso System asteroid belt, as well as the amount given as allowance to sell to the general market under Lurision’s name. Lurision also accepts that the pre-decided share of financial profits belong solely to the Saraask’ar guilds and their contractors. During their tenure of service, Lurision also agrees to not share details of any operations made by the Saraask’ar guilds and their contractors within Aliso System space and/or ground operations on the planets and asteroids within the same said space.

Failure to comply with these terms redacts the Lurision Mining Corporation’s tenure immediately, requiring the complete dissemination of their corporation and its assets within Aliso System space. The Saraask’ar reserve the right to claim assets left behind during a compromised agreement.

Anything that the Clan Plageuis, which includes it’s Summit and all other various representatives, purchases, steps on, or just generally decides that they want, is now under ownership of Clan Plagueis. Anything you say, doesn’t matter, because everything belongs to us. We don’t require that any persons sign away their life to Clan Plagueis, because as soon as we land on a planet, all of it’s inhabitants now belong to us. Any persons claimed by Clan Plagueis will be assigned a function in the grand machine that is Clan Plagueis. This may include but is not limited to, serving in the various branches of the Plagueis military, farm labor, meat shields, canon fodder, etc. Any property of persons now under the dominion of Clan Plagueis is now owned by Clan Plagueis. You may retain use of Plagueis’ new property until it is required by Clan Plagueis for any of its endeavors. This property will be taken and claimed by one of Plagueis’ representatives at any time, and you are contractually obligated to turn over said property. At any time you may be killed by Plagueis or its representatives. There is no compensation, or any return for remaining family or loved ones. You are under the dominion of Plagueis and are property at our disposal.
