Specifics

The stories of Emperor Palpatine have spread to the deepest and farthest corners of the galaxy, from his rise to power to his unwavering control of the dark side. However, there is a large portion of time prior to the Emperor's humble beginnings on Naboo that has gone unspoken. You are to take on the role of a historian, and chronicle Palpatine's life from his moment of birth to his rise to the Galactic Senate.

You are to answer such questions as: What was his childhood like? Was he living in rags or riches, or perhaps something else? Was he always corrupt, or was there some trigering event(s) that led to his choosing the dark path? How did he come to meet Darth Plagueis? You are, of course, by no means limited to or by these questions alone. You may choose to write this in virtually any perspective: basic biography format, first or third person view, or anything else your creativity can envision. Please keep in mind that you do not have to chronicle every single detail of his life. The purpose of this is to show what caused him to become the Dark Lord he was in his adulthood. There is no page limit, however the minimum is 2 pages of Times New Roman 12 point, single spaced.

P.S: As I raised in a prior topic, Palpatine has no canon first name. It may be a good idea to give him one. ;)
