Competition: Our Testament

What are we? How are we built? What is our structure? What are our protocols? Protocols on purging a member of a Senate? Arresting a citizen? Strong arming a trade partner? Performing in a trial? Overturning or commandeering a smuggling operation in the name of the Emperor? What do we do and how do we do it?

This fiction competition is both IC and OOC. Describe how you think we should be set up. Think of this as a way to get your ideas put into practice. They may not be chosen, but they may also contribute to an amalgamation of practices that we perform in the future.

• A successful entry will detail IC and OOC operations along with titles and actions, etc.
