Competition: [Hoth] SoS - Act II: Create A Villain NPC

In our endeavor toward uncovering evidence of the growing situation that Dove has hinted at, your character has encountered a possible enemy in the field. We require dossiers on these people.

Objective: Create an NPC Character Sheet for a character that could serve as an enemy politician, business owner, smuggler, etc. Perhaps even Governor Kopchak himself. **An example of how you format a mockup Character Sheet can be found here.

• Submitted Character Sheets MUST have a custom physical description. Aspects can be either custom or stock, so long as they compliment each other and don’t cancel each other out.
  
• Submitted Character Sheets MUST have Skills, Force Powers and Feats filled out.
• The Character Creation Guide is a useful tool, especially if you’re unsure of the number of Skill points, Force Power points and number of feats.
• As can be seen in the example Character Sheet, you can either list or provide both a basic description and photo of the weapon the character prefers to carry. Weapons and Armor that are NOT within the Possessions System will have your entry disqualified!
