Tarentum has recently replaced it's fleet. We have Ships, we have troops, we have a Command Structure in place, but we are lacking in names and identities for the key NPCs that will command our ships. Create a name, personal history and/or wiki entry for a major NPC from our Fleet. Examples include (but are not limited to) Captain and XO of the Venators (we have two) and the CO of our Legion.

Entries will be graded based on their realism (applying both In-Universe considerations and "earth-military" type considerations - not necessarily US-realism although much of Tarentum military ranks are US-inspired), applicability (to Tarentum and includes potential usefulness as an NPC), and grammar (in a 40/30/30 weighting, graded from 0-5 in each category with a 5 being the best).

Entries must be at least 200 words in length (not counting any markup if a wiki page is created), and must be submited as an actual document to the competition (no links to web pages/documents). All entries are potential canon in the Tarentum military, no entries are guaranteed such distinction.
