Prompt:

Everyone needs a little shore leave from time to time. These moments are precious and let us enjoy those "slice of life" moments that we should all hold dear. This time, your character finds themselves with a 'space pen pal', ideally a member outside your own unit, who you have been chatting with over the holonet or if you so desire traditional paper means. Your objective is to either write a dialogue heavy fiction covering what that conversation would look like or alternatively you can write the two 'pen pals' meeting up in person at a location of your choice. This is great opportunity to get to know those outside your own unit and all of our new members that have joined lately. Share with us your stories of meeting new friends in the Clan.

Submission Details:

Write a fiction, at minimum 250 words, that is either a dialogue heavy fiction covering what that conversation would look like with your 'space pen pal' or alternatively you can write the two 'space pen pals' meeting up in person at a location of your choice. In either case, share with us your stories of meeting new friends in the Clan. Acceptable formats include word, pdf, or pages, but pdf is preferred.
