Competition: [EMB] The Blastech Heist (Q1-TF01)

Finished
[EMB] The Blastech Heist (Q1-TF01)

Six and six. Excidium rolled the dice and hit the big times. Our spies in Canto Bight have purchased the cargo listing and shipping schedule for a massive shipment of BlasTech technology from an information broker. A team of operatives is to leave for Canto Bight immediately. Get us that shipment. Get paid.

Rules

  • Visit the EMB wiki page for more information about the Excidium Mission Board.
  • Prompts are open-ended. You fill in the details.
  • Team count: Two(2) to four (4) members from CSP
  • Members can only be part of one (1) team. Teams can be formed and disbanded at any time. Run-ons will not be evaluated and graded until after the conclusion of the competition.
  • Each team must create one (1) thread on Discourse under the Run-On category and all posts must be published to the thread to count.
  • Threads should include EMB MISSION NAME to properly tag it.
  • No members can post twice in a row, or the Run-On will be disqualified from placing.
  • Each post must be 500 +/- 10 words with no maximum length. Keep in mind Cluster of Ice guidelines for awarding in a Run-On apply, however.
  • Each member of a team must make two (2) posts each for a team to qualify for placement.
  • Each member of a team must make one (1) post each to qualify for participation credit and Clusters of Ice.
  • No edits to any posts after another member posts or after the conclusion of the event.
  • Your entry should be about your main or alternative character, but may also feature your personal NPCs (NPC slot/cs not required). Additionally, you are encouraged to include fellow members where applicable.
  • PG-13: We aim to offer the Star Wars experience. As such, excess gore and overly sexual content is prohibited.
  • Loadouts required for your main/alt character. (Note: As with standard DB fiction comps, there is a certain amount of leeway with the logical use of items. No one will penalize you for grabbing a pair of binoculars out of your ship’s hold even if it isn’t in your loadout.)
  • Grading will be handled using the Run-On Grading rubric
  • Submission to the competition should be done by one (1) member of the team, with a link to the team's discourse thread.
