Competition: [Week 1] Quartermaster Disaster

You’ve been assigned a mission by your clan to capture a Collective infiltrator. The whole thing happened suddenly and you didn’t get a chance to check your gear before you left. When you arrive at your destination, you suddenly realize that someone really karked up your requisition order. Still, the mission is in front of you and you have to make do.

Write a fiction of at least 500 words and of no more than 1,500 words describing how you complete your mission.

You may NOT use any items in your normal possessions load out and are instead required to make use of the following list of items instead:

• Three small rocks
• A live porg
• A slugthrower with a single shot without the ability to load a new clip
• An unopened bottle of your least favorite booze
• A droid leg
• A roll of bonding tape
• A datapad full of various animal noises

Grading will utilize the official Fiction Rubric with particular emphasis on how creatively the listed items are used in the story component.
