Grading will be done on three points: 1) Power, 2) Roundedness, 3) Credits used.

The more weapons the ships have the better. The more abilities and things the fleet and army can do the better. Credits used closer, but not beyond, the mark of 20,000,000 will get more points. Highest points wins.

Points are assigned as such:

Power - 0 (no power), 1 (some power), 2 (a lot of power), 3 (most power)

Roundedness - 0 (one role), 1 (two roles), 2 (three roles), 3 (four or more roles)

Credits used - 0 (more than 100,000 left over), 1 (between 75,000 and 100,000 leftover), 2 (between 25,000 and 75,000 left over), 3 (less than 25,000 left over)

Submissions must track credit usage along with objects used as well as remaining balance. Excel or sheets might work best, but any platform that you can convey this information will be accepted.
