1) A plan for beating him? Revak would much rather take him out for a drink than fight him in anyway. There aren't many Zabrak in these parts, let alone a Zabrak Jedi. Instead of an enemy, Revak has found himself a friend. Now if you're talking about drinking him under the table, it would be a tough go. Ria'd is much larger than Revak so unless he's able to puke up all the booze, it'll be a very tough battle.

2) Well, being a much larger Zabrak, there would be quite the advantage in favor of Ria'd. If he is able to hold down his alcohol, maybe after some fried foods, he would certainly be the victor without even trying. Even if Revak was able to muster up enough resolve to not be physically intimidated by Ria'd, and somehow was bale to hold down his liquor, Ria'd would just have to wait it out. Revak would most likely pass out quicker.

3) So picture two Zabraks standing across from each other. In between in a small, round table. No stools though, Zabrak would rather stand. Next to them, a bar top. All the shots are lined up down the table. Eager patrons are gathered around and the bartender is anxiously waiting to serve them the shots. They both growl at each other. Ria'd, while gentle isnt afraid to try to psych Revak out. Revak's, neck would probably hurt a little tryin to lock eyes with his opponent. the bartender puts the two shots on the little round table. With a clap of his hand, both Zabrak grab their glasses and begin pouring the burning liquid down their throats. The bartender frantically tries to keep up. Sweat begins to bead on the forehead of the bartender and the hot, humid air warms even more by the excited crowd. As the Zabrak keep throwing down shots, Revak begins to feel the toxin enter his bloodstream. Fighting to remain focused, the Zabrak across from him begins to blur. Many shots later Revak is fighting to stand up, but he notices Ria'd is beginning to wobble as well. Revak finally cant take another drink and his vision goes black. He collapses onto the dirty bar floor. Ria'd raises both arms into the air then immediately loses balance and hits the ground hard. While Ria'd Stesca was named the official victor, both Zabrak lost that day.
