Overview: Emperor Kamjin “Maverick” Lap’lamiz has tasked you with preparing the battle strategy to address the mercenary forces hired by Chairwoman Leah Sato. You are to select one of the two prompts below and create your battle plan to wipe out the enemy forces utilizing the either Fleet 2, Fleet 3, and the Imperial Legion.

Prompt: Since this event will run the whole competition it requires you to choose one of two different battle plan scenarios.

Destroy the MC40 - This is clearly the command ship of the mercenary fleet. You will be tasked with its destruction. Your objectives are outlined below.

• Eliminate the fighter screen protecting the MC40
  
• Disable, destroy, or run-off the support cruisers around the MC40
  
• Disable or destroy the MC40
  

Reconnaissance: Below is the current scan of the system. If a ship is not identified on the map its exact position is unknown but is presumed to be located around Seraph (planet pictured below).

Retake Caelestis City - Following the surprise attack on Adoniram Tower, mercenary forces have invaded and taken control of the city. Your objectives are outlined below.

• Establish a beachhead to land your troops
  
• Establish a no-fly zone and obtain air superiority
  
• Eliminate all enemy forces within the city
  

Reconnaissance: Enemy forces are controlling the starport in the West of the city with their heavy artillery which is supporting their main assault forces that have taken Imperial Park and Adoniram Tower. Their scouting forces have proceeded into the Entertainment sector and appear to be moving towards the Old City.
