Submissions showing less than 75% completion of an activity will be disqualified.
Placement in this activity is determined by time taken from subscription to submission to the site.
Ties will be broken by looking at time of subscription. IE: Person A signs up on September 8th 00:01 and submits a time of 34. Person B signs up on September 8th 00:02 and submits a time of 34. Person A breaks the tie and places.
