The Apathy and Ale Alliance and Union of Shipwrights factions have begun construction on a cantina known as The Last Kaal for the working citizens of Kaal, and anyone else who could use a good drink paired with some tasty food.

However, members of the Crown Guardians have begun to directly oppose and try to prevent the cantina from opening. You have been tasked with helping to create this cantina, helping to settle the dispute, and ensuring its successful completion.
