Running an organization like CADRES is no small task and while the Proconsul of Clan Arcona can manage the duties as Director General, it’s always handy to have a few extra hands around to help. To that end, each branch of CADRES is lead by a person experienced in leadership, management, and the fine art of diplomacy.

Design an NPC (or two or three) to fill each of the roles of: Chief Diplomat of the Diplomatic Relations Branch, Secretary of Foreign Aid, and Ambassador General of the Embassy Services branch

• Entries must contain at minimum a name, species, and brief description of the NPC’s appearance and personality.
• Entries must be submitted in .doc, .pdf, .txt format, or by using the competition text submission box.
• The winning entries may and most likely will be used in upcoming Clan fictions and storylines, as well as being added to DJB Wiki pages related to Clan Arcona and CADRES.

Chief Diplomat

• The Chief Diplomat oversees the deployment of diplomats to open relations with foreign powers, negotiate treaties and agreements, and undertake general diplomatic missions.

Secretary of Foreign Aid

• The Secretary of Foreign Aid handles the disbursement of resources in response to aid requests, arranges contracts to obtain the necessary supplies for disbursement, and oversees development of programs for education and training.

Ambassador General

• The Ambassador General is focused on the establishment, maintenance, and operation of permanent diplomatic stations outside of Arconan space.
