Diplomacy must have a home - or at least somewhere to store all the filing cabinets full of paperwork - and for CADRES that home is their headquarters in Estle City on Selen. A distinct and separate facility from the Citadel, the headquarters of CADRES serves as offices for the processing of diplomatic paperwork, logistics planning, and interaction with other government entities of Dajorra such as the Confederacy. But a building is oh so much more than just four walls and a door.

Design and describe the Headquarters of Clan Arcona’s Diplomatic Relations and Embassy Services.

• Entries must include at minimum a physical description of the headquarters and its environs.
• Entries must be submitted in .doc, .pdf, .txt format, or by using the competition text submission box.
• The winning entry may and most likely will be used in upcoming Clan fictions and storylines, as well as being added to DJB Wiki pages related to Clan Arcona and CADRES.
