Competition: Lore and Livery (Graphics)

Your character has been thrown into the world of early medieval Britain, circa 932 A.D. Perhaps you’re a collectivist peasant awaiting your turn as the sort-of executive officer for the week. Maybe you donned mail and helm and joined King Arthur — or some other bloke with an actual budget for horses — and appear more regal and less muddy. Maybe you’re a newt, hoping to get better.

Create an image of your character(s) in their chosen or oppressed attire and equipage. The image must be at least from the knees up to give a good impression of where and what they are. Inclusion of scenery and/or other in-film characters is not required, but we certainly won’t say no. Provide a link to your chosen character sheet(s) in the text box so that the grader can adequately recognize your character for grading.

Additional Rules

• The image may be digitally or traditionally rendered, but must be an original image created for this competition. Photo-manipulation will not be accepted. Stick figures will be disqualified.
• Grading will be done in accordance with the Graphics Grading Rubric. There will be no ties.
• Adult content is permitted, but do not publish the submission if it includes such content. A friendly warning to the organizer wouldn’t hurt.
• Second Level Crescents will be available to the top three placements, and Clusters of Graphite.
• AI generated content is not allowed. Period.
