Now, he has claimed land for originally meant for Kaal City’s working population, to provide them housing. There, Lord Kaelen now aims to build himself a lavish retreat for both Vatali influence, and for hosting various business associates meant to uplift the city’s economy by ushering in trade opportunities.

The news has rapidly spread through the city, causing outrage. By morning, smoke rose from burning Vatali flags as citizens rallied together. The protesters have armed themselves with weapons supplied by a hidden benefactor, and Kaal City now teeters on the edge of revolt.

House Hoth must act—decide whether to defend the people’s promise and stand with the protestors, or appeal to Lord Kaelen Anasaye and his Vatali influence by attempting to persuade them to stand down.
