The southern quarters of Kaal City have fallen. Former Vatali protestors have twisted into the mutants known as Rakghouls, the plague spreading with every bite. Barricades hold for now, but the dark creatures prowl within, hungering in the shadows.

Lord Kaelen Anasaye has offered sanctuary to the fleeing civilians, at the price of loyalty. And yet rumors have spread of an undercover research lab, also funded by Lord Kaelen, where the plague reportedly originated from.

House Hoth has been called to the quarantined zone in a state of emergency, to uncover the truth, evacuate civilians, and destroy the horrors that lurk within.
