[Life Day Celebration IV] Haiku of Porgs

To help us get into the spirit of Life Day, your clan has gotten together for a bonfire celebration. There's a grand feast being prepared, tons of side dishes and food options being prepared. In what has become a yearly tradition while things cook, one by one decided by a spun bottle, each participant is tasked with coming up with a haiku about everything that is being cooked...including the main dish as part of it. Having known this from years prior, an Ewok member who was tasked with cooking the dinner for the night, has chosen to roast a Porg as the main dish over the open fire much to the Consul’s dismay.

Either unfortunately for you, or to your favor, you are the first one the bottle has chosen. What will your haiku of the feast?

Rules

As long as the haiku includes something about a roasted Porg and the feast at large, anything goes. (AI generated entries will not be accepted.) Submissions will be graded on humor and personal preference.
