House Hoth has been tasked with investigating two of Kaal City’s gangs, known as The Red Suns and another one known as The Children of the Weeping Woman, rumored to have ties to Hoth’s former Governor, Tisto Kingang. The gangs have directly collaborated together to begin distributing weaponry to the city’s citizens who are against the Vatali. Are they truly acting out of the goodness in their hearts to help the working class of Kaal, or do they seek only for their own personal gain? What are each gang's ulterior motives? Members of House Hoth have been sent to covertly infiltrate their underground den to uncover just this, and to potentially negotiate the terms of a future alliance.
