Competition: [Limited Post RP] The Crash

Prompt

The ship you are travelling on has encountered unexpected issues. Warning lights flash across the bridge consoles and you are careening towards the planet surface. What is the planet's biome? What lies on the surface? All will be revealed as you progress through the adventure.

The DM will guide the story along with posts to advance the prompt.

Rules

Pick one of the following rules.

Limited Post RP Rules

1. Players take turns posting as their character only.
2. Players must hit a minimum of 100 words to qualify for participation credit and to be qualified for placement.
3. Player posts can be no more than 30 words max.
4. There is no minimum word post count.
5. Players must wait for one other player to post before posting again.
6. The DM will guide the story along with posts to advance the prompt.
7. The DM will monitor word count for posts, but Players should remain responsible for their own posts.
8. The DM has the authority to exclude posts where they exceed the maximum word cap.
9. Listen to the DM. If they ask you to change or edit something, do so.

Additionally:

• The DM is not eligible for participation or placement, but will earn Golden Envoy Marks as long as they hit the 100 word minimum word count.
  
• The DM is not required to adhere to the 30 word maximum cap that applies to Players.

Grading

1. Players will be graded using the Solo RP Competition Rubric, with the highest scores earning placement.
2. In the event of a tie score, placement is determined by the graders' subjective preference of who was the better player overall.
