Competition: EPIC Banner II

Specifics

Members of House Dinaari will continue to display their graphic making skills by competing to construct the most EPIC banner for House Dinaari. This differs from EPIC Banner as the banner will be for the Dinaari Report header. Members should include "House Dinaari" along with the Dinaari logo. See Duga's "Clan Taldryan" banner for a good guideline of what I'm looking for. 4th Level Crescents to the top 3 banners.

The top banner will be used to head the Dinaari Quaestor reports (and maybe Aedile if Tarax feels like it).
