In the chaos of war, the city of Kel Rasha and the spaceport located nearby have been captured by enemy forces. Your mission is to assassinate a PLA military leader at the spaceport located there. Intelligence indicates that they make frequent trips to the local bars in the city at night, and are usually accompanied by a couple of guards.
