The purpose of this competition, is to inspire the members of Clan Naga Sadow to seek out odd witticisms to make their stoic and lackluster Proconsul laugh.
Awards will be given in three catagories: Originality, Sheer Laugh, and Most Mundane, with a first, second and third in each, by applicable Crescents.
