WTF!?

A “Poem” by KAP Jason Hunter

This is an attempt to write a poem,
Not a story like usual.
I don’t like doing this,
Because it makes me feel solemn.

No sensation of being amazed,
Almost like I’m crazed,
Trying to find words that rhyme,
Almost creating them all the time.

A poet I am not,
My mad skills are not hot,
Maybe I should smoke some pot,
Then the words would flow like I’m on a cot.

What did I just say?
Maybe I should just pay,
Someone to write these for me,
While I go take a pee.

That sounds good,
Like that one time I pooed.
Toilet humor is fun,
Like a good pun.

Too many can be bad,
Make a man sad.
Fix that with some Valium,
And a dose of helium.

Oompa Lumpa voices I find funny,
Make my eyes runny.
Clowns, though, are scary,
Their eyeballs are hairy.

Appliances stole my sanity,
Hand-in-hand with a manatee.
Hole in my head,
Filled it with potato bread.

Ramblings of insane man,
Put them in a can.
Put them away,
Save them for a later day.

Something that will not bend
