Oath unspoke,
Fable awry.
Down, another challenger falls!
Over the clamour, his voice, it calls,
Retreat, it cries, back to thy halls!
I am war,
My way befalls.
And there remains he in the night,
Drawn sword in hand, blade burning bright.
So harken well the thunders might,
On the hill,
Lament of night.
