Write a story of no less than 509 words using the above sentence to start it. The story must take place within our Dark Jedi Brotherhood universe, but may feature any characters you wish to use. Don't feel limited to using your own character as the protagonist. If you do want to use other peoples' characters, I recommend asking permission and discussing their character with them to get a deep understanding of who the character is before you write.

Scores will be based mostly on the story's entertainment value, creativity, truth to the characters and settings, and least of all on technical correctness (spelling, punctuation, etc.) Writing correctly is important, but I'd rather have a good story with improper punctuation than a boring one that is technically flawless.

Please submit your work using any widely used word processing software. Google Docs, Word, PDF, or plain text are all acceptable. Submitting finished entries through the website is preferred.
