Your mission is to plan a successful assassination attempt on the Quaestor of Shar Dakhan. But get creative.

You will plan and execute an attempt on Shirai while he's in route to a meeting in the Gilded Archipelago. Do so without a loss of life as you are only exposing the weakness of his protection.
Will be judging on creativity, realism grammar.
