You and your team have- oh, frak it, you know how this goes. Something something, intercepted a coded message, something something, who done it? Just get out that paper and pen with a sigh and remind yourself that you're putting another drink on the Consul's tab when you get back home.

Solve the puzzle. Fastest times with the correct answer will place. There is only one correct answer. Use of solvers is not permitted. Keep in mind that the timer will start once you hit Subscribe to reveal the puzzle.

Bonus: there is a bonus message scattered throughout all the correct puzzle answers. Anyone also submitting the bonus message correctly will receive an additional 10 points to their overall score. There is only one correct answer. You will need to reference your previous puzzle answers (if you have them) and complete the puzzle below to complete the bonus.
