A Satele Mission Brief

Members of House Satele Shan I bring before you a simple yet creative endeavor. All that is required is this, create a fiction prompt. Be wary as it is not as simple as it seems. Is this for an RO, a House or Clan event, or is is for a personal mission? Think carefully as the most creative and practical prompt will win the Shinny.

There is no word minimum or limit for your prompt. But that being a good prompt entices and lures without being too brief or too lengthy. To submit simply use the submission text box or submit a .pdf file.

Entries will be graded on practicality, creativity, and judges personal tastes.

No Clusters of Ice will be awarded for this competition.

Ooroo Agent and former ISB station chief Alethia Archenksova has recovered some intact files she hid away before her imprisonment. Among other things, these documents mention an old Imperial military research installation near Brotherhood space. SeNet's sources in the Republic and the First Order have indicated that neither group ever took the facility, or even seemed to be aware of its existence.

Quaestor Mako Henymory has instructed you to lead a small team to investigate this facility. Your mission to to determine what, if anything, remains at the site and to recover anything of potential use to Odan-Urr, Satele Shan, or the KUDF. You are authorized to use lethal force to defend yourselves and protect your finds from our enemies.

In a story of at least XX words, describe your mission and its outcome.

*I've discussed this idea before on the clan mailer but never elaborated on it. It could be more than just a fiction comp*

Everyday in Seher there are countless crimes that take place, many of which are minor. These crimes, such as petty theft, distruction of property, and simple assault, go without the notice of the Jedi. Jump into the shoes of a Harrokoan prosecutor attempting to prove the guilt of another citizen. What evidence is brought forward? What witnesses do you have to give testimony? Is the defendant even guilty? In a minimum of 750 words, tell the story of the trial.

Title: Dungeons and Krayt Dragons
Comp Type: Fiction
Prompt:

Have you ever wondered what your character would be like if he/she were in a medieval type fantasy universe instead of Star Wars? Would they be a mage? a rogue? a brave paladin? Healer, tank or DPS? What about their companions in the Brotherhood? Who rounds out their adventure party?

* Write a fiction of at least 500 words using one of the following prompts:

* Depict your character playing a tabletop roleplaying game such as Dungeons and Dragons. (e.g. depict the game as it is being played in the Brotherhood-Starwars universe, "roll for initiative" and other descriptions of the actual game)

* Depict your character and a party of companions from the Brotherhood as fantasy characters in a universe of your choice (DnD, WoW, Elder Scrolls, Lord of the Rings etc. Must be of the medieval fantasy genre). The characters have the same names and personalities but are otherwise true to your chosen universe, including race. (So a Jedi would be a WoW Paladin or some equivalent of your choice).
