Competition: Boral Location Competition

Specifics

Want a piece of your fiction to become part of the moon Boral? Well then write about a location on Boral that HOO could use, be it a city we could use to draft soldiers, a city that has precious stones to mine, a small lake for a recreational park...whatever you may wish. Descriptions must be small, about a page and a half 10 font max and include a graphical picture if you wish. Please name the location and give all relevant details. Top three added to the site although more may be included depending on quality of work. Remember, Boral is a moon with no atmosphere yet but with terra-forming work there will soon be very shortly.
