It is my pleasure to recommend Garloaf for promotion to Guardian, a proud achievement I have been looking forward to since he rejoined Tarentum. Since his last promotion, larger than the 28 days requirement, Garloaf has been on IRC, completed 12 SA courses, participated in 5 competitions (and placing in two), reached the second rank in the SA and has a completed character sheet on record. So for all these achievements he has made I would hereby like to request he be elevated to the rank of Guardian. Congrats Garloaf!
