Ernordeth is about to begin his tenth month on the Fist Staff. As soon as Ernor joined the staff he immediately began completing assignments, then started asking for more! His work ethic has been fantastic, Ernor is always the first to offer to help any other Fist Staffer if they have a obligation that pulls them away from the Club. Multiple times in these situations he has stepped up and helped while completing his own assignments. He has organized and graded five monthly Gaming Events since January (and at least 2-3 more in 2013) and completed a writeup of two Shadow Academy Courses for gaming (Gaming 201: Pazaak and Gaming 103: Submitting Activity) in addition to the previously covered activity.

As a member of the Fist staff, Ernordeth has been a pleasure to work with. Anytime I've had an issue with a rule or needed clarification on a policy, he's been the first person to reply- and with a smile to boot. Members like Ernordeth give themselves fully to their jobs and thus to the club as well. His work ethic is contagious, and his ability to also lead by example, taking home multiple Clusters all while taking the time to help the Fist staff in anyway he can. Congrats, Ernor, on this award!
