I would like to award DEF Justin Wayne a Dark Cross for his service. Since joining HOU in June, Justin has been one of our top performers. While his activity is sporadic, when he does participate he does it with a zeal for perfection and dominance. Since August when he was last promoted he has been awarded a Cr:R, Cr:A, Cr:S, Cr:E, Cr:Q, CFx10, and CIx7.

This activity from a journeyman is impressive. I know Justin in RL, and the man has achieved these awards all while leading a very hectic life. What time he has free he devotes to being active in this group.

I want to note that while Justin has only just joined my BT, I have the blessing of QUA Liam Torun for this award. Congratulations on your first merit award my friend!
