Octavia has been BTL of the AoS Battle Team for almost two months now, and has managed to coax a good deal of activity of the Journeymen in that unit by regularly sending personalized emails. Octavia is a regular presence on IRC and one of the more talkative and friendly members of Plagueis. I would like to award Octavia an Anteian Cross for this leadership, in conjunction with participation in two of the events in Fading Light: Nicht Ka.
