Zeon Blacktooth has been an example of excellence in the third round of the Fading Light Vendetta, participating in all five events of this major competition. I do look highly upon such dedication to one’s House when the big events come, and I wish to award Zeon with an Anteian Cross for his efforts. Since his last award, he has also participated in four general competitions, scored himself an Emerald and Topaz Crescent, and earnt 10 and 11 Clusters of Ice and Fire, respectively.
