I am honoured to be recommending Galleros for this elevation to the rank of Equite One. Since joining Arcona he has been a hard working and determined part of the Clan and of House Galeres. Always running new ideas, wanting to do things for members and of course recently stepping up and becoming part of the Galeres summit when it was needed.

Since his last elevation Galleros has continued to strive to take part in general activities, making sure that he takes part in the Crusade. Helping Arcona strive to achieve wins in planets, as well as helping keep the Clans participation rate to a high standard. In total he has managed to compete in thirty competitions, putting his time and effort into each one to make sure he gives it his best shot. For all of this effort he has managed to One Crescent with Sapphire Star, Two Crescent with Emerald Stars and a Crescent with Topaz Star. All from the effort he has put into competitions recently. He also continues to give members work to do, he has run a number of competitions since joining the club from Brotherhood level to Battleteam Level, each with one purpose and that is for other members to have fun and enjoy themselves. These have been from Gaming to Fiction always different and something that any member could get involved in. Seeing to this date a very impressive Ten Competitions being ran by this guy.

Tho he doesn’t just focus on the competition side of the club, Galleros has been getting involved heavily in the gaming side of things, he plays different platforms each with the intention of either helping other members game or just having some fun for himself. His attitude and willingness to game has seen him earn himself a very impressive three hundred and seventeen Clusters of Fire since his last promotion. As well as involving himself in this side of the Brotherhood, I know for a fact Galleros is always posting in some form of fiction getting heavily involved and directing his team in the recent House Run-On as well as the Clan Run-On giving them direction and a place to get involved themselves with. For all of this effort and time put in he has managed to earn himself a total of Seventeen Clusters of Ice. For all of his effort he recently put in he managed to earn himself five seals of the crusader as well as a Steel Cross.

Galleros continues his hard work by helping the new members join the club as well as looking for ways to bring new people to the Clan and House, his recent work in this area saw him earn himself a scroll of Indoctrination. He continues to expand his knowledge of the brotherhood and the star wars universe, often being able to find him studying hard and taking new exams inside of the Shadow Academy. His drive and passion and thirst some would say has seen him recently take an impressive thirteen exams inside of the SA, as well as picking up a Dark Maven in Lore, Dark Maven of Leadership and a Dark Savant in History and Lore. Showing his passion and willingness to learn new things all of the time inside of the club. What has impressed me more about Galleros is his willing to take on anything that comes his way. Since stepping up and becoming Battleteam Leader of Dark Forge he has turned the team around, from inactivity to being one of the most active teams in Galeres. Helping members find a place to belong to as well as getting them involved in competitions, run-ons and everything else, nothing is to hard for this guy to handle. He pushes himself hard and is on IRC daily talking with members and interacting with his team mates as well as answering any of these questions and concerns that they have. Showing himself to be a model members of the House as well as stepping up and proving himself as one of my Battleteam Leaders. This guy is now a integrated and needed part of the summit, offering his opinion, advice and ideas whenever he can.

Congratulations on your elevation to the rank of Equite One Lexic, you have earned his man and I really do appreciate all of the hard work you have done for House Galeres and Clan Arcona. Keep it up in the future, and thank you for everything that has already come and gone by. That all said drinks are on you tonight!.

Galleros is an absolute force. He's been one of the most consistently active members from APP to DJK that I've seen in my time in the Brotherhood, and he has converted all of his considerable energy into helping Arcona and leading by example with Dark Forge. One of the ways that Galleros, formerly known as Lexiconus, is the most helpful is in proofreading other members' run-on posts, fictions, and so on.

He's one of Arcona's brightest young stars, and a leader to watch for the future. Thanks for all that you do for us, Lexic, and congratulations!

Lexiconus, or Galleros as he is now known as, was one of those individuals that just wasn’t quite sure if they were suitable for leadership, but applied and was chosen above the rest. Boy did he turn himself around. In the time that I have worked with Lexic, he has grown into what a leader should be within Arcona. He is always offering his insight into the inner workings of the Clan and has turned his Battleteam, Dark Forge, into a force to be reckoned with, especially when it comes to Run-Ons. Lexic isn’t afraid to ask for help and knows how to turn the responses into something he can work with. This is a trait not many leaders can boast they have: the ability to take constructive criticism and use it for something good.

I am proud to be part of the recommendations leading into Lexic’s promotion to Equite and I am glad that I have gotten to know him. I wish you many congratulations, Galleros, wear your new rank of Krath Priest with pride!

Having helped with the mentorship of the member once called Lexiconus to Knighthood, I was one of the first people to meet him. Since then, he has grown into one of our most productive and also most popular members. He has proven to be a useful leader, motivating his team, Dark Forge, to take part in various events such as the Fading Light Vendetta and the recent Galeres & Arcona Run-ons.
