Primary reason

Hades was a force to be reckoned with in Tarentum during the most recent GJW, something only partly shown by his participation in six out of the twelve events (though that's certainly nothing to sneeze at). Hades' most important contribution was in his leadership from the front. While competing himself, he was constantly encouraging, cajoling, and even shaming other members of the Clan into upping their own participation numbers. That's the thing that's so important to me about Hades' leadership. He doesn't direct the action from above, thinking himself too good to get his own hands dirty. Instead, he rolls up his sleeves and works just like he expects all the rest of us to. For all that he's done and continues to do for the Clan, I recommend him for this Anteian Cross. Thank you, my friend.

Additional reasons

Hades has been a force behind the scenes of Tarentum since I joined. During the GJW, he was among those that pushed our members to do more. Always vocal, Hades moved us to do what we could to get things done. Not only that, but he also competed in half of the events of the Great Jedi War himself. On top of this, he is always available to lend an ear or offer insight on the future of Tarentum. Above all, he truly cares about the Clan, and has worked tirelessly to ensure we unite together to prove we're here to stay. It's my pleasure to request that Hades be given an Anteian Cross.

Hades is one of the hardest working and least recognized members of Tarentum. He is the longest serving EQ2 in the entire Brotherhood. As my Aedile he was a crucial part of developing our House fiction over the past year. He has been keeping in contact with all of our members and helping me to build our roster and participation. He thinks out of the box when it comes to recruiting; it was largely his idea to start our social media activities which have already begun to pay off in a number of ways. He is always a voice of reason and positivity in Tarentum and has been crucial in holding things together even when it looked the bleakest. He has been working to contact old members of Tarentum and convince them to come back, and to bring those who are on our roster but not so active back into activity. He's an honest, smart, hard working and capable leader. I am proud to recognize him for his many years of faithful and often thankless work in Tarentum.
