I'm happy to report that Rulvak Qurroc has completed his requirements for promotion to the rank of Jedi Hunter.
As a Guardian he has been incredibly active, gaining 4 Pendants of Blood and 50 Clusters of Fire, reaching GMRG rank III. He has taken part in 5 competitions and earned a merit award. He has been active around the Brotherhood, posting a constructive comment on the website, and is a common face in the #Arcona Clan channel on irc. He's written a fiction of 1000 words, and had served his 21 day tone as a Guardian.
