Lourana has completed the required amount of activities and time in rank to reach the rank of Guardian, these achievements include logging on to IRC and visiting the Clan channel, organizing a competition, participating in over 5 competitions (7 to be exact) Lourana also has an approved character sheet on record. Lourana has also shown ability in the Shadow Academy making it to rank 4 already. It is for theses reasons I believe Lourana Seaborn should be promoted to the rank of Guardian.
