Atty is a leader. Bottom line. Atty came to our club and her ability to manage the unique and interesting personalities of Arcona was put on display from day one. Her leadership capabilities were on display as she rose through the ranks and now as the Consul, those attributes are even more evident.
Arcona is a monster. A monster of activity, a monster of personalities, and a monster that waivers on the edge of Dark Jedi Brotherhood Glory and Dark Jedi Brotherhood insanity. To manage this beast, you must be a instigator, parental figure, disciplinarian, and cheerleader. Atty is all of those things an a million other things, and her ability to be everything at once is what keeps Arcona performing as our best/most active Clan.
I've known Atty since she was a wee thing and quite frankly I see her taking her eventual place on the Dark Council and potentially more in the future. A promotion to EQ3 is not only appropriate, it is well deserved. Congratulations. I look forward to seeing what you can bring to our club in the future.

Over the last year, Atyiru has been an excellent leader and member, both at the Aedile level, and more recently, as Consul. Atyiru leads by example, earning nearly 100 CIs since her last promotion. She participated in nearly every GJW event, with 10/11 participations, and has participated in 14 other competitions in the last few months. Her exemplary time as an Aedile, and as a member, earned her a Steel Cross.
But where Atyiru really shines is as a leader. Here, she has continued Arcona’s history of strong leadership, running 25 competitions as Aedile or Consul. As leader of the largest Dark path unit in the Brotherhood, she has to deal with all manner of members, and she does so with respect and grace. She ran a major co-op competition with Odan-Urr, where she was one of the main architects of the competitions and the storyline. As Alora describes below, Atyiru planned the majority of competitions within Tides of Change, including planning out the grading system. Her feedback in the event gradings went above and beyond, providing unique written feedback to each entrant.
Beyond just those accolades that are clearly hers, Arcona itself is among our strongest Clans, and Atty deserves the credit for this, as well. Arcona has had the most CIs and CFs in the DGM’s recent activity survey - unsurprising, given her own incredible amount of CIs earned. Her clan has followed her lead, and has run the most competitions of any of the clans over the last few months. Finally, Arcona maintains exemplary performance, with over 400 competition participations, and is in the top three in participation ratios. All of these point to one undeniable fact: Atyiru continues to lead a strong Arcona into the future.
Though it has been only five months since she ascended to Consul, Atyiru has been a valuable contributor to every major Dark Summit discussion and has been a great leader within her unit. Atyiru has proven herself an excellent member, a good leader, and surely deserving of a promotion to Equite 3 and Krath Epis. Congratulations, Atty!
