Rosh Nyine, that is a name that has been buzzing with activity over the past months here in CSP. When Rosh original came to us, I looked at his previous activity and was baffled as to how he made it this far without a promotion. The guy's profile screamed of insane activity and helping in areas outside of his Clan. After a stint in the rogues, I wasn't sure what that kind of place could do to a man. Rosh showed if anything it provided him with a even greater gift to be better. Even when I don't think it is possible, Rosh exceeds it.

I will start off with his leadership and positions over the course of 14 months as a EQ1 around the club BEFORE his stint in the rogues. He was a SA Doc for 12 months, while there grading 20 exams. He also had a small tenure for a little over a month as a active AED where he wrote one report before being appointed as the Praetor to the Grand Master for the next 9 months. This would be a position he would later give time towards several months later.

This activity alone was impressive, but that doesn't even include his activity or merits since his last promotion. Rosh earned 1 Amethyst Kukri, 1 Anteian Cross, 4 Dark Cross, 2 Bronze Nova, organized 2 competitions, and co-organized 1 more. He then went on to participate in 32 competitions and earned 1 Crescent with Ruby Star, 7 Crescent with Amethyst Star, 5 Crescent with Sapphire Star, 2 Crescent with Emerald Star, 2 Crescent with Topaz Star, 1 Crescent with Quartz Star, 3 Pendant of Blood, 258 Cluster of Fire, 317 Cluster of Earth, 8 Scroll of Foundation, A BIG ONE Scroll of the Master which is huge for us as a club, 1Legion of the Scholar. While at the SA he passed 20 courses, and earned 8 degrees. We are talking big degrees with the most recent being Dark Savant - History and Lore, and Dark Maven - Philosophy.

As you can see above, Rosh have more than passed the minimum time, activity, service both inside and outside his Clan. His activity has been nothing but stellar since his return. With his recent promotion to AED of House Excidium, he is one of the reasons I see nothing but great things in the future of our home, CSP.

Rosh is the kind of talented and driven member you always hope to see appear out of members. This is something he has shown consistently since coming to CSP a few months ago. A quick thinker, and hard worker, this promotion really should have been done long before his time in the rogues. I am glad to be part of the effort to rectify this now.

Just a quick glance at his dossier shows the impressive amount of stuff he has accomplished. He has an AK, multiple crosses, a wide array of crescents, lots of PoBs and hundreds of CFs and CEs. He has served as P:GM, SA Docent, Aedile, and now Aedile again in House Excidium which was a no brainer appointment.

To put it simply, Rosh is one hell of a member, and CSP is incredibly lucky to have him around. Congratulations Rosh, Drinks are on you!

Rosh is a member of outstanding performance for various reasons in his tenure at CSP. He has been an Aedile before, directly exposed to what the job entails and is ready to get his feet wet. He earned a scroll of the master for passing down his wisdom and training his apprentice, Crsall, to Knighthood. In addition to his leadership drive, he has earned five crescents in only the past two months for his stellar participation. His work ethic has awarded him a dark cross for his recent contributions to various events. He has also been a Docent and P:GM within the Brotherhood. He is member that has experience in various roles and is exposed to many positions throughout the DJB that have given him knowledge over time. I have no doubt that he will be a great asset to the house. Congratulations Rosh! Drinks on you!
