I am honored to raise Aryelline Sargon to the ranks of Arconan Knights today. It has been an exceptional ride the past four months since her rise to Hunter, but we have finally arrived at the destination: recognition as a full member of the Shadow Clan and Dark Brotherhood.

Aryelline has completed her time-in-rank requirement while also being an active member of our Clan chat. In addition, she has participated in over 21 competitions during her rise to Knight, has been awarded 7 major competition awards, reached Rank 4 in the Inquisitorious, has been awarded 18 Clusters of Ice, been awarded her first merit medal, and wrote over 3000 words of character fiction that has been approved by Aryelline’s Master. For completion, and exceeding, the requirements set forth by the Master-At-Arms, I am honored to put forth this Hunter to elevation to Knight. Congratulations, Aryelline!

It’s been a lot of fun working with Aryelline the past month or so, both in developing her character and helping her on her path to Knighthood. She’s driven, friendly, and enthusiastic about her relationships both in and out of character, as well as fictionally creating a character that makes sense. It’s rare to find a friend and student that uses much the same process as you, in that they grow the character organically, adding to it through collaboration rather than just tacking bits of personality on and hoping for the best. She’s been a joy to help and a wonderful new friend in Arcona.

I’m very, very proud to see Ary gaining her Knight today, and look forward to watching her continued growth and development!
