I am honored to bring forth Xenna Azara today for induction into the Equite ranks. Since she became a Knight of Arcona, she has flourished in both participation and creation of content. And today, we will celebrate her commitment with this momentous elevation to Equite I.

Since her last elevation, she has participated in 51 competitions, submitted 4 PvP Matches, logged 40 PvE Activities, and passed 2 Shadow Academy courses. In that same amount of time, she has collected several honors: an Anteian Cross (for excellent, sustained activity as a member of House Galeres), a Dark Cross (for a burst of activity over a short period of time), 17 Crescents (1 Cr-D, 1 Cr-R, 1 Cr-A, 8 Cr-S, 3 Cr-E, 3 Cr-T), 5 Pendants of Blood, 148 Clusters of Fire, and 154 Clusters of Earth. In addition, Xenna has been a vital member in the launch of a new Battle Team for House Galeres; helping establish the concept, name, and more. For her overwhelming effort to make her Battle Team and House better, I am excited to see her take her first step into the Equites.

Equite 1 is a big achievement. It marks progress; a milestone, demonstrating consistent activity beyond the rank of Knight. Xenna, has worked tirelessly to demonstrate her resilience and her determination to go above and beyond, not only for her Clan but for her House and Battleteam, too.

Xenna has been a stalwart member of the newly-formed Tal’mahe’Rah Battleteam. Her dedication to this fledgling group at its most vulnerable has been admirable. She stepped up from the outset, helping flesh out the concept of the team and establishing herself as one of the lynchpins in the creative process. She soon went on to make her mark on the Battleteam more permanent, placing first in the motto competition (thus winning her the honour of having her motto become that of the team) and establishing herself as a key figure in helping Zakath with the overall management of the team. This engagement has continued, supporting members in their submissions within the wider Brotherhood, and having run a competition herself for the Battleteam proper. This kind of selfless behaviour is becoming of an Equite. It symbolises the move from ‘consumer’ -- a role most Journeymen adopt -- to that of a ‘producer’, in turn providing content for members of the Clan to engage with.

I have to say that Xenna’s participation record, her dedication to her peers, and her unfaltering, consistent activity has certainly established her as one of the most prominent Knights in our clan. I am honoured to be recommending her for promotion, and I wish her every success moving forward, onward and upward as a member of the Equite ranks.

Since launching the Tal’mahe’Ra Battleteam, Xenna has proven to be one of my most active and consistent members. She has a solid gaming participation record, picking up clusters for activity in both Diablo 3 and most recently Destiny, in which she is making her impact felt, picking up 102 Clusters of Earth, 72 Clusters of Fire, and 5 Pendants of Blood, all over the course of 17 days. In addition, she has participated in two key competitions in the Tal’mahe’Ra’s formation, submitting a logo and winning the motto competition with “Secrets break our chains.” In addition, she has organized her very first competition, running a successful flash game competition that is ongoing, and has 5 participants thus far, out of 7 team members in the Battleteam.

She is also a delight to talk to on Telegram and via email, displaying a friendly demeanor and is quick to encourage her fellow Clanmates and spread good cheer when it’s needed. For those reasons, I am more than proud to endorse Xenna Azara for promotion to the Equite ranks! Congratulations Xenna, it is well-earned!

From the day that I first met Xenna until this very moment, I have never been as proud of her then I am on this day. Looking back to that fateful day when she received a random email from me talking about being her “Master”, I can’t help but be impressed at the incredible transformation that she has gone through. Like a caterpillar emerging from its cocoon, Xenna began as a shy and reserved individual - slowly wandering around and only interacting with me. But as time passed by, she soon grew more interested and participated more and more within the Clan. And now, standing before her, I see the most beautiful butterfly slowly unfurling her wings and flying forth for the first time.

I’ll leave the number crunching to the rest - what I would like to highlight is Xenna’s emergence and amazing contributions to us all. Whether it’s being a constant presence in the Clan telegram chat and making us laugh with her comments, taking her first steps as not just a consumer but as a producer and true participant in Arcona, or being an integral part of the Battleteam - and not only that, but in its very creation!

In short, Xenna is what every leader could wish for in a member, and embodies all that one could wish for in an Equite. Not only is she is a consistent participant with the numbers to prove, she is also taking her first steps as a producer and potential leader by creating content. Not content with that impressive achievement, she also has an impact in nearly every aspect of the DB, whether it’s racking up Shadow Academy exams, evolving into a major player in the gaming scene, and even being an able writer! (Yes, Xenna - you may deny it all you want, but I’ve seen your fictional abilities and one day I will drag them kicking and screaming into the light!)

In short, it is my utmost honor and deepest pleasure to recommend you as Arcona’s newest Equite, and I am sure that this is only the beginning for you here in the Brotherhood!
