Primary reason

Adem Bol’era has been an exemplary member of House Qel-Droma since his return to activity. Today I am honoured to be rewarding his hard work with his promotion to Equite I, welcoming him into the Equite ranks. Congratulation, Adem. This is very well earned.

Since his last promotion Adem has participated in 48 Competitions. In this time he has submitted 76 PvE Activities and 6 Fiction Activities. Collecting 11 Crescents (4 Cr-S, 6 Cr-E 1 Cr-T), 1 Pendant of Blood, 172 Clusters of Fire, 481 Crescents of Earth and 88 Clusters of Ice. He has written 24932 Words of Fiction, excluding ROs and any work done on project basis.

Adem has been an active participant in character development discussions on Telegram, helping others by asking questions while learning things about his own character. This resurgence has lead him to get back into the Brotherhood. He did this by volunteering to participate in the Journeyman Tournament, where he made it to the second round. Despite being eliminated, he completed two full matches with each post near-to-cap at 1,000 words each. Even in defeat, he has shown a positive reaction to the judgement and is, in my opinion, a prime example of what we look for in Equite members of our club.

In addition to his activity as part of general membership he has also server as Battle Team Leader for 7 Months and Battle Team Sergeant for 6 Months. Aside from his work in Leadership he has been very involved in the development of Qel-Droma’s new Battle Team, Styx. Adem is a breath of fresh air and his ideas and feedback has been and will always be both welcome and valuable.

Adem also earned a Dark Cross for his contributions to Venues 2.0, specifically with his re-writing and working of the Kamino Landing platform venue.

Combined with his aforementioned time as a leader in Arcona and general activity, I am happy to see Adem take the step from Knighthood to Equite. Here’s to more great things to come.
