Blade Ta’var, our willing and capable Excidium Quaestor has continued her long streak of kicking ass and high performance. Her first three months as a QUA have been outstanding and she has taken to leading her house like a fish does to water. Constant communication, cheering on of her members, and incredible well thought out ideas for team have been a regular day at the office for her.

Since its opening, Excidium has struggled to get its clear focus of purpose. Within the first couple of weeks of getting QUA she provided both further details of how Excidium would function fictionally, but also found a way to translate that into OOC actions, providing a “mission board” and break down of “career” options the members of Excidium could pursue to further Excidium’s cause. She was able to simplify that into a single slide presentation that was clear and to the point, and worked so well, it prompted Lexiconus to work on his own clear breakdown for House Imperium.

With the pending full release of possessions she led a team comprised of Jorm and Archangel to create a fully thought OOB proposal. It clocked in at over 16 paged. 5 of which were a detailed breakdown of usage of ships by Excidium, why and how they would be used and how they would be seen from a civilian POV, and how it covered gaps in the overall clan fleet. It also included write ups of 8 custom aspects to detail the ships usage and camo as non-Imperial vessels. The proposal then included pages of supporting fiction around using the proposed ships in system. It was one of the most thorough and thought out proposals I’ve ever seen in this club.

Being the skilled leader that she is, she continues to get in the thick of it and leads by example. This last three months have seen her also participate in 21 competitions, including all of the events in Operation Starfall where she took home first place overall. In total she has also written some 14745 words of fiction! She has organized a further 4 competitions for her house on top of that. She has taken home 2 Diamond Stars, 7 Amethyst Stars, 4 Sapphire Stars, 1 Emerald Star, 2 PoB, 82 CFs, 30 CIs, and 1 Legion of the Scholar.

For her fantastic work both as QUA and as a member of the clan, I recommend she be awarded this Steel Cross. Congratulations Blade!
