Primary reason

Events are a chance for all members to show the leadership what they can do. Jai’de Serpens did that in The Enemy Below. Taking part in 8 competitions, Jai’de showed the quality we have come to know in her time in Plagueis.

Since her last recognition, Jai’de has organised six competitions while participating in a further twenty, managing to accrue 1 Crescent with Ruby Star, 1 Crescent with Emerald Star and 2 Crescents with Sapphire Star for her participation efforts. Across 2 fiction activities, she also managed a total of 4,253 words, earning 8 Clusters of Ice. In addition to all that, Jai'de managed to pass six exams in the Shadow Academy, earning a degree in the process. It is an honour to recommend Jai’de for an Anteian Cross.

Additional reasons

Whether it's through Clan leadership or participation in Clan events, Jai'de has always been a pleasure to work with. Her presence can be felt through her actions, and her encouragement of other members in the Clan chat. Furthermore, Jai'de completed 8 unique submissions during the recent Clan Plagueis event, The Enemy Below, making a fantastic impact to the overall score of Team Even, raking in 49 points.

Congratulations, Jai'de. Continue to be awesome.

In addition to her general activity outlined above, in the time since her last recognition Jai'de also served as Clan Rollmaster for Plagueis for a period of three months. Always dedicated to the training of new members and helping them find their way in the Brotherhood, Jai'de was quick to send out her welcome emails as new joins hit our roster, often within the first few hours of their arrival (let alone the first 24). She worked with her then subordinate Furios to help him serve as BTL to our new join Battleteam The Circle to help him serve his members. She filed two monthly reports during her tenure, being sure to focus on helping the new joins of Clan Plagueis find their way to the activities that would help them advance down the road to JM4.

Of the competitions she organized mentioned above, three of those were for our Winter Trials event, where each summit member was responsible for the creation of a weekly event for the Clan. Jai'de's work in helping to run and promote the Winter Trials were integral in making sure that the event was the success that it ended up being. Well done!
